This Privacy Policy describes how the KBC Rep App ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information. The App is an internal tool used exclusively by authorised sales representatives of Kwikbuild Cement (KBC) to record customer visits and product information. It is not available for public self-signup and is not intended for use by the general public.
Information collected is used solely for internal record-keeping and reporting purposes by KBC - for example, tracking which products and prices are being sold at which retail stores. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Visit records are retained indefinitely as part of KBC's sales history, in keeping with the App's audit-trail design (records are not edited or deleted by reps once submitted). An administrator may remove data on request.
App data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect it, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and password hashing for account credentials.
Reps whose data is processed by the App may contact us at any time using the details below to ask about the information held about them.
